I was looking for diagnostics diskette for IBM PS/1 Model 2168, on almost everywhere but failed to find.

The closest one I found was ps1diag4.zip (PS/1 Type 2133, 2155 Advanced Diagnostics Diskette), but did not work.

Anyone has it somehow? Please!

Many thanks.

There are many IBM BBS archives and could not find it at any of those. Checked IBM.com thru archive org and also found nothing. If there was a link at Archived IBM.com that would have given me a name to search for but for some odd reason it is like IBM did not archive much for ps/1 2168 other than the manual.

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor.

If you down load and extract the “Spring 1994 multimedia” image and extract then burn to a cdrom disk you can then install onto your computer using the “Xcopy /e/s *.* C:\” command.

If you just need basic diagnostics. Create a basic DOS boot disk to boot from then on another disk copy “MSD” to a floppy
Then run “MSD” on your computer.
