Just browsing around on ebay for old bits and pieces and was struck with curiosity about these floppy drives. I see FD1231H, FD1231M and FD1231T versions. Does anyone know what the difference was between them? Does any particular one have a good or bad reputation?

I know, that laptop floppy drive FD1238H is not compatible/replaceable with FD1238T laptop floppy drive (one works with Nec Versa laptop, another don't).

so FD1231H could be incompatible with FD1231T
