There's this 8-bit ISA card with an FCC ID printed on it.
But FCC ID search does not give any results for that id!
What can be the cause, are old data not searchable, or did they not get the approval from FCC?

The card is Boca Research, 8-bit ISA parallel + serial + game I/O card, "FCC ID EUD5U9 BOCAIO" "PN 4060" "58321" main chip says "LIA2189", image below.

The EUD5U9BRI4065 from the same company has a numerically close number (4060 vs 4065), but different chips. Looks like a completely different board. Did they have to redesign their card based on a different chipset before going to market?

This card can be found in the FCC id database.

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun
