today i bought one of these really cheap complete in the box with all its cables and even screws.
but i noticed that only fan1, fan3 and fan4 display turns on and shows data, but fan#2 display is always off, no data is shown.

its kind of old, not much info on it online, but checked newegg and some reviews mention that one of their fan display did not work after some time , and some comments about very hot on voltage regularor area.

I was wondering if any on the forum can give me advise on what i need to check to see if there is a bad component on the board.

should i remove capacitors and replace them? should i desolder fan#3 voltage regulators and move its position to fan#2 to see if that is the issue?
