I got this mobo without CPU/Dallas/Bios and almost all jumpers were missing.
I programmed bios P06Y034Q.PRD and put P90 cpu.

Unfortunately still not boot and any post code.
CPU is not warm so firstly would desolder SMP50N06 and check via multimeter?

Here a simple guide:

I have a manual for this board and so I scanned it and created a entry here : http://www.win3x.org/uh19/motherboard/show/6225
I'll upload your image 😁

I checked via this: http://electronicsbeliever.com/how-to-know-if … t-is-defective/
and always got 0 on diode test. So probably is defective. Now worse job is finding replacement

// RFP50N06 is reasonable so will try with it

still on investigation.
Can someone take a pic of JP22 (below cpu and next to RTC) ? It is a resistor probably but don't know which value..

https://www.x86.fr/cpus/Nx586-02.jpg

is there a resistor between 1 & 2 pin which what value?

I put 1.5kOhm resistor but didn't help 😀

Isn't PCI version compatible with P/F processors only? It is it only the other way around, that vlb boards are not?

Please use the "quote" option if asking questions to what I write - it will really up the chances of me noticing 😀
