I want to build WIN98SE/WINXP on a machine based on Pentium 4.
I have this case - with a mouse in the picture. It is possible to use it? The case does not have any fan on and is relatively small.
Won't the temperature be too high?

Ideally you would want lots of ventilation for p4 system. But is it possible? Sure, plenty of mATX p4 mobos for cheap if you want.

Hello and welcome to the forum.🙂
Putting a P4 system into a case with no fans is not recommended. It works but puts additional stress on all hardware and will significantly shorten their lifespan.
Cheers!😃
