I'm building a new WIN98SE/DOS build, since my old ones died.
I'm trying to install the audio card (Aureal Vortex 882080), and it's somehow causing the system to freeze when the Desktop loads up. Occasionally, a bit of the WIN98 opening jingle plays, then the system freezes.
MB: Aopen AX34
CPU: Pentium III 900 MHz
GPU: Gefroce MX 440
512 MB RAM
I also have an AWE Creative ISA card installed to be used in DOS games. I haven't messed with it yet.
