I've managed to repair 300CDT model (moffset damage) by myself but now it's asking me for the password. After dismountling the batteries rtc/backup nothing happens... Maybe some of You discovered already a way to disable it? Maybe there are some pads that needs to be shorted?

In this video they seem to just be removing the CMOS/recovery batteries. Did you let it sit for a while after removing them?

Ok... I've just hack it... Through LPT port. It'll work with almost all toshiba laptops, even modern. You need to short pins:

1+5+10, 2+11, 3+17, 4+12 6+16, 7+13, 8+14, 9+15, 18+19+20+21+22+23+24+25

And power on! .... That's all folks... In attachment You can see my Frankenstein project.
