I have this board which I quite like but there is one thing that is annoying: The bios wont allow to setup the 2nd IDE controller drive specs (2nd master & slave). Only autodetect works, but from what I found on this site:

Although you can CMOS disable the secondary IDE port, there are no user selectable drive Type options in this BIOS release. The BIOS must autodetect secondary drives so be warned if your balks at autodetection. My crusty Conner drive posed no problems and the BIOS popped the Type settings easily. AMI's documentation on the 10-10-94 Core says that the next version will provide manual settings. Look for BIOS1010.ZIP on AMI's FTP server via AMI's Web Page. (Select "downloadable documents" and then "other manuals".)

So there could be some new bios to solve this. Does anyone have that one or has a board from which the firmware could be dumped? Any other hints & tricks?

BTW BIOS1010.ZIP does NOT cointain a bios rom, only some useless docs.
