Hello, so I linked the pictures below because I would like that cable to go to a spdif digital connection if possible, the picture with the holes on the cable is the one that goes into the pc header for the front aux and mic ports. I have no headers on my Audigy 2 ZS that will work with this cable so I didn't know what the name is of this cable is and if I could find a possible straight shot cable into a digital spdif. Thanks guys.

If you just want to use the case ports this is what you are after

As digital only supports stereo anyway (suck's I know) your best bet is a just to use the existing port on the back with a 3.5mm to RCA converter.

SPDIF supports compressed multichannel audio as well as stereo bitstreams.
