Hello guys.
I'm trying to get this card working in Windows 98. It is working without driver, but obviously it has to be installed properly.
It's ATA133 PCI Raid card. Works in DOS fine.
When I tried it with Windows 98 it hangs at boot, so no Windows screen. Just stops before. When I delete controller from System in Safe Mode it boots again, but then it tries to install same stuff.... I tried different drivers, from SYBa and Silicon
same
It's PIII BX chipset motherboard. Wondering if I can get advantage of 133 IDE or maybe 33 will be ok for that system 😀
Anyway. Appreciate your advise if you have experience with that
Thanks!

Does the card offer a configuration BIOS?
Are there multiple drivers for RAID and non-RAID modes?
On a Win98 system large file transfers rarely happen so the real world difference between 33MBs and 133MBs transfer speeds is usually neglegible.
