Recently I bought 5161 expansion unit.
It comes with Driver card and IBM receiver card. I couldnt find info about this Driver card but it seems that is not compatible with IBM receiver card.

Fortunately earlier I bought another Recv/Ext card based on ribbon tape and works properly.

I realize that this is an old post but you didn't get any replies to I thought I'd reply anyway. I'm not familiar with those cards but they don't look like they were made by IBM. IBM products of the era generally have yellow tantalum capacitors and those boards have blue capacitors so my guess is that they are clones of some kind. If necessary, you can make replicas with the schematics in this Github repository: https://github.com/schlae/ibm-extender. I'm currently using a replica Extender card(the one in the 5150) with an original Receiver card(the one in the 5161) and it works perfectly.

yes, I know that clone cards are not from IBM but works perfectly. They are slightly better in usage due to flexible ribbon tape.
The one `uknown`card comes from IBM 5364.

I also assembled replicas of Extender cards and works too.
