Hello everyone,

I made this little original device that plugs into a PCI slot.
I measures the PCI clock in real-time and with high accuracy.
Maximum measured frequency: 80MHz, Resolution: 10KHz.

I find this device very useful when I try to figure out and tweak Retro PC Systems.
I will have a few pieces of this professionally manufactured and available very soon.

The ISA version is next and it will double down also as an post code card.
It is fairly easy to add this into the ISA card without significant extra cost.

I can not give schematics or code, but this will be fairly inexpensive.
As I said in the video I have already ordered 20 of them.
These will be available in ~1 month from now.

Nice stuff! I would definitely want one - and the ISA version too. Particularly useful when messing around with badly documented boards with jumper settings. Right now best I can do is guess based on when things crash 😉

Definitely interesting stuff 😀
Would be valuable along with a simple/cheap PCI/ISA tester.

I can imagine one with extension cable to get there segment display onto a front bay as well 😀

Stuck at 10MHz...

I got the message... I will design the ISA version this weekend ^^
This was a mistake on my side. I should have done this earlier too.

Now I have to prototype first and then order again.
It will take 2-3 months to have stock of the ISA version.

Gold finished, beveled, and professionally assembled.
