Is this CPU upgrade adapter only for IBM PS/2 machines? I can't seem to find any info on the net from the model of it.
I have tried this in several 286 MBs that are not IBM and it will not even post.

According to the manual it is for IBM PS/2 models 25-286, 30-286, 50, 50Z and 60 only. No mention of any other systems.
