I thought I finished fixing this card http://www.win3x.org/uh19/motherboard/show/43 but didn't want to start from floppy.
After some tests I managed to boot it from hard disk with XtIde and I found that floppies are read incorrectly.
The same happens if I re-create a directory on an empty floppy.
Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Notes
Changed 2 controllers
The floppy is virtual

Have you double checked that the floppy settings in the bios are set correctly? Have you tried other drives and cables in this system and this floppy in another?

How are your settings in your bios is everything set properly and saving properly. If your bios battery is low or dead/missing that can cause a whole host of issues.
