Anyone know of STLs out there for attaching heatsinks to 486 CPUs?

Nope but one time used Permatex "RED" hi-temp gasket maker to attach aluminum HS to a 486, worked great and still attached 10 years later. Just cleaned everything with alcohol, used HS compound in middle of HS and put very small ball of Permatex on the corners of the cpu. Press on and put a little weight on it, let it dry overnite.
Not the perfect solution but a better alternative to adhesive pads, etc imho
Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun
Sadly no. But IEC has NOS clip-on 486 HSF in stock for $8. I just ordered one last week

but i dont like because you need a heatsink of an specific height.
you can update the design tho, but im not sure what can be modified in order to make it for a customized heatsink.
