I'm planning to build my own Arcade stick for RetroGaming using this simple wiring: http://arcadecontrols.com/arcade_johnson.shtml
I think it would work fine with platform and some fighting games, as long they uses the "plain" protocol of two potentiometes and (up to) four buttons.
However, I'm not sure to build a two buttons or four buttons joysticks. I understand the original purpose was two buttons per player, but maybe there are some games out there taking advantage of those extra buttons for one player only.

Any suggestions?
