I need help identifying an ISA I/O-card so I can set up the jumpers correctly. I did find these settings once, with google.com but I did not save that info, and I cannot find it again.

There is this one I found online that has a similar card layout:

I need the jumper-settings. Any help appreciated.

When it comes to these really generic Winbond Super I/O boards, you're usually out of luck unless the OEM has included a legend on the board itself. There are just so many different variations out there.

The good news is that the cards are very simple and the W83757 datasheet is available. Just pull out the trusty multimeter and figure out which jumper is connected to which pin on the Winbond chip. The cards all follow the same general design, and the datasheet specifies which pins are used to control the various configuration options. Two of the jumpers will set the IDE controller address, another two will set the FDC address, etc. Just a matter of figuring out which jumper goes to which pin.

Here's the '83757 datasheet:

Not quite the same card, but a lot of jumper numbers look to match up, so could be of use:
https://www.elhvb.com/iocard/tdnservices/vitex.pdf
If that matches, then it looks like the card is currently set as:
JP6: LHHHHH -> 1st serial port is COM1 [3F8], 2nd serial and parallel are disabled
JP7: HHLLLL -> IDE at 3F6 & 3F7, Floppy at 3F0-3F7, Floppy drive letters as normal, IDE enabled, FDC enabled, PC/AT mode selected
JP8: 1,4&7 -> 1st serial on IRQ4, 2nd serial on IRQ3, LPT on IRQ7

Good work ! yeah the FCC id shows as Viva Computer Company, but their old website does not have that controller. Also the Longshine archives do not list the equal card LCS-6624 REV.C....

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

It didn't occur to me to try looking up the FCC id. Nice. I just looked for Vitex (logo printed on the back of the card) io/IDE cards (can't remember the exact search term) and the one I found was on the first page. I guess I found the settings for the FCC ID JPDVAIDE-2S1P1G, with the extra gameport. I think that gives some confidence that the jumper settings will be the same.
