At this point, if I was you, I would consider getting the recovery media from from archive.org , burning it to CD, booting from it and using it to recover the Windows ME or 98 install that machine came with to a spare hard drive . From that installation, I would try copying over the drivers as at least some of the look to be Windows 2000 compatible .
If you don't want to go that far, just downloading the recovery media images and virtually mounting (or burning to CD) the Application Recovery CD images will give you access to some drivers which, as far as I can tell do support Windows 2000 in at least some cases .
This may be a long shot, but you could try unzipping the attached zip file and pointing Windows to the directory created during unzipping .
SPI60W2K_extracted.zip
windows was unable to locate the driver, seperately, any luck finding the webcam driver?

I believe (but cannot be certain), that the most recent BIOS that MIGHT work on your machine is BI02P1XP.EXE also known as WXP02P1.EXE . I also believe, but am not certain, that this BIOS is meant to improve compatibility with Windows XP on Transmeta Crusoe based laptops such as yours .
Both EXE files contain the same 568K bios.rom file (they have the same checksum) :
