It seems that D1691 is damaged. Can I swap it with the second (guess that is for control 5V) ? Mobo boots only with 5V setting.
5V is not so needed in this mobo.

The second question for 919 owners: what transistor model do you have? Maybe can I replace it with other model which may have in damaged boards box.

I think it is one of these NEC D1691 https://cdn.datasheetspdf.com/pdf-down/D/1/6/ … miconductor.pdf
like described here: http://th2chips.freeservers.com/m919/
or your looks more like: https://cdn.datasheetspdf.com/pdf-down/2/S/D/ … 91_SavantIC.pdf
which is same but different manufacture, but could be wrong.

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun
