Hello!

I have an Avocent Switchview 2-Port USB Hybrid KVI which seems to be really old, and I use it to switch between a retro computer and a more modern one. However, I am having this infuriating problem that is driving me nuts. Thing is, this thing can switch from one host to another by pressing LCTRL + LCTRL + 1 and LCTRL + LCTRL + 2, and I need to find a way to disable it. I found manuals from more modern KVMs but they don't seem to work with mine. Does anyone know anything about this particular one? Any help would be welcomed.

Combinations I found:

LCTRL + LCTRL + 1: Switches to PC1
LCTRL + LCTRL + 2: Switches to PC2
Scroll Lock + Scroll Lock + 1: Switches to PC1
Scroll Lock + Scroll Lock + 2: Switches to PC2
Scroll Lock + Scroll Lock + F9: Shuts the device down
LCTRL + Scroll Lock + F5: Shuts the device down

LCTRL + LCTRL + LEFT ARROW: The indicator led blinks fast and computer makes noises

Who thought that LCTRL was a good KVM switch? What if you needed to copy, undo, paste or anything like that? 😜

If you happen to have any information regarding this particular KVM, it'd be more than welcomed. I also wonder if there are drivers or some special software for w9x that controls the KVM behaviour... So far, I've found nothing.
