I think it will be compatible with these processors, maybe bios 3.83beta will be needed. I think this revision does not allow lowering the voltage below 2.1V

Here's the official manual of revision 2.1, chapter 2:

Like LubieCipy said, the lowest Vcore offered by this MB was 2.1V (manual page 2-6) with frequencies up to 100 x 5.5 (page 2-3), which THEORETICALLY should be fine with 180 nm K6-III+ / K6-2+.

HOWEVER, MSI wrote this on its BIOS download page under BIOS version 2.7:

i not have a k6+ cpu but i have K62 and K6III an i like to use both, especially the K6III
