Only internet hit I can find for this card is http://www.vgamuseum.info/index.php/component … l-unknown-model
which has no info whatsoever regarding the jumpers.
No similar card listed in th99 either.

J2 - IRQ (selects between IRQ 2 3 4 & 5 )
12 - 2
34 - 3 (on)
56 - 4
78 - 5

J3 - OSC
12 - ISA
34 - Xtal 16MHz (on)
56 - ?

CN12 ?

CN3 Mouse ( I'm suspecting a busmouse interface and contrary to the odd/even lines that is normal on these connectors, this one is numbered sequentially per line)
6 7 8 9 .
1 2 3 4 5
1 VDL pin 60
2 VDL pin 61
3 VDL pin 62
4 VDL pin 63
5 +5v
6 GND
7 VDL pin 64
8 VDL pin 66
9 VDL pin 65

there's a dipswitch labeled SW and a jumper block labeled SW, with a seperate jumper which I assume is labeled J1 right next to it.
SW dipswitch
off 1 ?
on 2 ?
on 3 something with video
on 4 something with video
on 5 something with video
off 6 ?
on 7 on enable/off disable lpt
off 8 ?

with 3 4 & 5 on, the board is MDA with HF 18.2kHz VF 50Hz (measured on oscilloscope)
with 3 off 45 on, HF 17.5kHz VF 56 Hz
with 4 off 35 on, HF 17.5kHz VF 66 Hz
with 5 off 34 on, HF 17.5kHz VF 33 Hz
(no idea what any of these would be)
with 345 off the mainboard doesn't detect the video adapter.

SW jumpers (just following the same logic as the dipswitches regarding on and off(on being towards top of board, off towards bottom of board) (no idea regarding function)
off 1 ?
on 2 ?
off 3 ?
off 4 ?

J1 (same logic as the SW jumperblock) (no idea regarding function)
off

If anyone else has any info, ideas or suggestions...

I am fairly sure that main chip is VTL for Video Technology Limited which changed name in 1991 to Vtech. I have an old Vtech/Laser 8bit CGA and a EGA card with a chip with same Vtl logo in a storage box....
Unfortunately the EGA card also had switches and jumpers but was able to somewhat figure out what did what...Good Luck !

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

The logo/name is clearly visible on the chip, though whether it's a U or a V can be debated, there's no doubt the second letter is a D, not a t 😀
thanks !

The only place I recently saw the same name was on one of those juko super turbo xt board photos.

I will have to dig out that old mono/CGA/LPT card and the EGA card, am fairly sure both have the same logo but recall the bios chip on one having a Video Tech label (maybe was made for VTL using a VDL chip??)...am probably just confused 😁
Seems I saw that same logo on motherboard or other I/O recently here on Vogons. maybe was a Junko board. Think Am all screwed up with the Daylight saving thing (stayed up late but pets woke me up old time so lost 2 hours grrrr 🤣)
