I bought a couple of 60mm case fans for a new case, but they have a 3-pin connector that doesn't fit in any 3-pin fan socket I know. Any ideas?

cut the connector off the bad fans you own but leave at least 2 inch of wire. Cut the non standard connector off the new fans. Get some shrink wrap and your favorite soldering iron and rewire them with the correct connector. The only other thing you can do is get a sewing needle and pry up the pastic tabs holding the pins in the connector and see its the same kind of pin in a normal fan header and just swap connectors. I doubt it is.

This is Dell 3 pin connector type. Not a rpm signal. The signal to motherboard is held low when running. Also 12HB means high speed fan. Try on 5V instead.

Thank you, thank you so much! For some reason I could not find it while googling for different 3-pin fan connectors. Should've guessed it was a DELL fan connector. Unfortunately, adapters only exist for connecting standard fans to DELL motherboards, and not the other way around. I guess I'll just have to do what @Warlord suggested. I recently bought a DELL floppy drive by accident as well. I ****ing hate DELL proprietary crap!
