Could be, but there's no isolation/protection layer between metal and supposed PCB contact, which cause some concerns.

I finally got it running. The MS-7318 board works 95% under Windows98. I have one removable drive stuck in Windows that I do not know how to get rid of at the moment.
I'll save up the dell board for a day at a shooting range in Poland.

Yes, I did. I tried to run the xps since it was nearly complete. But that thing is so loud, you hear it through anti noise earplugs (the fan has roughly 25w).
