My Maxtop 917 case uses those same standoffs. I think they were pretty commonly used with late nineties/early 2000s cases, so maybe you can find a cheap used case just to salvage them.

I wonder if these would always fit correctly. They might not have the right dimensions to properly fit the board (it has to be the same height or you'll have troubles like no proper aligning with the back slots of the case).
