Does anyone know what type of chip this is? I have tried googling the IDs on it, but haven't found anything yet.

And unless it has some wonky hardware -dual bios, is a specialty board with some extra funcionality or something like that - that is your boards bios. Or where it should be stored.

Probably flash bios chip as others have said. I think I’ve seen a few motherboards use them for network or onboard raid roms also though
