All The caps are 10uF. I was only able to read the voltage value on one of the burned cap and it was the 16 V one. Can I use all caps with the same V value? For example all 16V or even 25V?

It should be OK to use all of the same voltage, as long as it is as high as the highest of the originals. eg you can't replace a 16V with a 10V, but you can use all 16V, 25V etc

Constantly being worked on. Feel free to message me with any corrections or details of cards you would like me to research and add.

Yes, those will likely be your problem.

Should I replace the capacitors with new tantalum ones or can I replace them with some less flammable/explosive like electrolytic ones?
You can replace them with new tantalums or with something less tantrumy. as you wish.
For a quick test you can even remove the defective ones and test the board without replacing them. Older devices tend to be a lot more resilient.

In phone repair, it is not surprising to pull a shorted capacitor and close the phone up minus one, function unaffected due to so many capacitors in parallel on power circuits.
But depending on some circuit if too few, have to replace with another.
Just pull the blown ones off and try the board if works, get few capacitors and replace the removed capacitor. If you get another pop cracker, just replace. Usually rest of them are still good and reliable.

Hello again. So i finally removed all the bad capacitors and the PSU finally starts. It looks like the motherboard is faulty since it won’t start and gives no beep codes. However, the cpu gets slightly warm. Well, it got warm until I tried to connect the RTC battery thinking it would help. After I starting with the RTC battery the CPU remained cold and It remains cold even when the battery is disconnected and the voltage on the BIOS ROM chip is still around 0.6V. I hope it didn’t kill the CPU.
are you sure it isn't another tantrum cap that is shorted and pulling the voltage down ?

Regarding the capacitors I don’t know. However the main shortage is now gone since psu works fine. Now after some time after bios battery was disconnected, the voltage on the bios rom is almost zero and after I start the board, the cpu gets warm again. I am afraid the troubleshooting is beyond my knowledge. Also wanted to know a trick to desolder the capacitors. Positive pole is usually easy to desolder but the negative one is a pain.
I have another 4 boards (486, 386DX and 286) on which the CPU gets warm after startup but seem dead otherwise. No beep code no picture. Is it a common problem and what can I do about that?

It used sites like TH99 at the start, but has massively added to it, fixed lots of errors in the database, and is searchable. As well as being added to on a daily basis, with user input welcomed.
eeew... They changed the Search with Images to include photos of the motherboards... 😠 This gives an incredibly messy view and its now much harder to find something because the visual style constantly changes.
Sometimes that is all we have of a board. Or you would like to get the completely randome schema layout that we have from the manufacturers? Third option: have standardized TH99-style schemas for each board but then you'll have to wait several years for it to be generated.
Sorry for this rant, this is a "best effort" and above all completely volunteer-based thing we are building.
Board is added here:

We have only 2 other boards with this TI/Austek combo and neither matches yours alas. We'll see if info comes in

Appologies. I should have used my brain.
