Let me show you the successful launch of this board with 1Mb cache. It took about a month to solve this problem because I couldn't find any technical documentation for this board. Please do not ask about the nuances of the modification yet, I need to test everything.

I transplanted 1MB cache chip to my GA-5AX. Do you have any info on your mod yet? I would like to get it working, but no POST so far 😀

If it is Vintage and not broken, do not fix it ;p
You do know that there is a less than 5% improvement in 1Mb over 512k cache.

That indeed is 4ns cache
It does POST now but even forced to 512k by forcing A16 to Gnd I cannot get it to detect cache
Very fishy
