Do you mean set the numbers or also the buttons?
If you just want to set the numbers just connect it to the motherboard and mess around with the jumpers till it shows the correct numbers you want.
If your also after the power/reset buttons and the HDD/Turbo/Power led you should have a bunch of cables marked as such from the back of the unit that plugs into the motherboard, just like a modern case
There should be a bunch of cables attached to that panel. The motherboard manual says where they go.

it is none of the above list. But, it was similar to other front panels and since I had an idea of those, I finished configured setting on 33Mhz on normal mode and 40Mhz on turbo mode.
