I can only find one driver package for the 4670, but that does only contain wdm drivers.
The one vxd driver that is installing SB 16 Emulation is the Live 1024, but that does fail to output anything in Windows.
It does not show any error in the device manager, but when I want to play a windows sound it tells me the driver could not be loaded.
All the other vxd drivers do output sound in Windows, but do not install the SB16 Emulation. I only get EMU10k, EMU10k Gameport and Joystick Emulation
