Hi, just an idea...
I got a SL28Q CPU from an old Compaq Armada MB (see here at the bottom of page) http://www.cpu-collection.de/?l0=co&l1=Intel&l2=Pentium+MMX
Not a module but just a bare CPU that was directly soldered on MB. It's very fine pitch quad SMD chip that is pretty useless itself but I'm thinking about reusing it in socket 7 via some interposer board. I know there exist some chinese fake MMX 300MHz CPU that already did the job but seems to be rare. I'd like to know first if someone else didn't try to replicate it with his own interposer. If not, maybe I could design it myself, hoping cheap 4-layer JLCPCB board would be enough to route it all out...
