This ROM doesn't work , because it is not split into even /odd.
I have split this ROM into even/odd and it works also not.

I got from member a dump of their Mach32 ISA VRAM. I got (only white) pictures with blinking cursor.
My Mach32 is DRAM-variant.

despite, thanks.

I had a similar issue and I remember it is not split into even/odd. The encoding is different. Have to search for the thread here...

FOund
BIOS for Diamond Stealth VRAM (S3 P86C911) needed
For this card its not split at all, full image in both sockets...

S3 911 need 2x ROM with similar dump, i know.

But Ati mach32 need really split of ROM.

This (wrong) ROM bring a bit life on MACH32 ISA DRAM.

I found only mach64 ISA splitted 16k ROMs, no idea how far is it from mach32 but you may give a try...

BTW sometimes HW designer swapped data/address lines order to optimize PCB routing and then you need also transform the data...

excuse me for later replies
@mpe
Your card is a MACh32 VRAM , i have here a MACH32 DRAM. It is a big difference.

Winner1000 ISA ROM is avaible.

BTW registration required for DL, maybe you could reupload it here for others...

I think: ATT20C409 is not compatible with S3 SDAC. S3 SDAC came from dead S3 868 PCI card.
SOLDER IT !

Congrat to your repair. How did the S3 chip pin was bad? Was it bent/pulled from PCB pad by mechanical crash or just bad contact without any visible mechanical distortion?
Sometimes TQFP chips soldering went broken, probably due to PCB bend that cause pin lift above PCB pad a littel bit. I repaired friend's Matrox Millennium II that had bad joint on WRAM chip (I resolder all pins) that caused artifacts in VESA modes and memory errors was reported VMT test program...

No EPROM-Programmer as TL866CS or similar ?

Other Solution : NSSI could dump VGA ROM
https://www.navsoft.cz/products.htm

It dump to file with size 32kb . (probably , it dump to file with 64kb size . )

Important: Your card mus look same as my with DIP DRAM, not ZIP-VRAM.

yes, just a bad solder joint.
Not very rare failure on ELSA card..
I have fixing few ELSA card with resoldering on TQFP IC

How did i find failure: I have pressing on S3 805i and grahpics artifacts is gone.

Yeah, sometimes it works, also for BGA chips...

I know about NSSI... here is the dump. It's 32KB only and I hope you can use it somehow.

This is my card:

Size and checksum is OK. Single image can be splitted to odd+even e.g. by Srecord tool:
