I got the main board on the picture. However Y2 oscillator (bottom right) is missing. I wonder is what is the value of the osc.

Have not had time to track down the exact board BUT In your picture the 66.6667Mhz black rectangle (in red highlight below) should be the main CPU/BUS crystal. That would support a 33Mhz CPU. The Y2 missing crystal is for Async operation of the Math-co (goes in the W 3167 socket). The green highlights are where I see green corrosion on a quck inspection, see your posted picture, mine is shrunk and just for reference....
Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor.
It´s a "Modula Tech" mainboard.
I treated the corrosion with some vinegar. I put the CPU. It is 486DLC which is pin to pin compatible to 386 😀
