The membrane / flex cable connectors of my Schneider Euro PC keyboard were not salvageable.
So I made my own, as well as a connector. I should know shortly if it works. Stay tuned for another update!
It's a 0.2 mm PCB.

Adapter board is still in production. But so far, it looks promising. The LEDs are verified working, and pushing a button lowers the resistance to ~70 Ohms, which is OK. Same as with the original. After all, the key stamps are only conductive rubber.

Does PCBWay manufacture membranes for keyboards? I have a Thinkpad 800x whose membrane got its flex connector fractured, and even with the copper strip fixed I did to it, sometimes fails to register some keys (which means wasn't completely fixed and it still is degrading).
