Silly motherboard with turbo led but without turbo sw?

So I've got this motherboard https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/freetech-flexus-586f61 using the 430fx chipset and an intel Pentium 100.
I was messing with the front panel and according to the manual there is a weird "Break Switch" but without the Turbo sw. The result is that the turbo button is always on, apparently there isn't even a bios option or a combination of keys to press.

Any guess what the Break switch is?
