I would say some kind of noname or "put whatever you want on the box" brand from around 2005.

I did a review of a bunch of cases back in 2004-2005 and saw a lot of similar cases with different "brands" on them. All of them had the same internal layout and cheap feeling plastic. But for what they costed I wouldnt expect anything else since they were dirt cheap.

Looks like some kind of Acutake cases, but who know?
