I have this laptop, and I experienced a few problems so far. For some reason keyboard is not working most of the time, and the only time I'm able to use it it's entering the bios, and when it's in it stops working. Also when booting it says mouse detected, but when I boot into windows setup mouse is not working. Can anyone help me?
Also when I got the laptop, keyboard and touchpad were working, but once I swapped HDD into SD->IDE adapter they stopped.

It's hard to make out the state of the pin 28 because of that glow and dust.
Check this pin. Is it connected to the same trace (large ground plane) as three pins to the right of it?

If it is connected to neighboring pins - this may or may not be the cause of your issues, but it should not be connected there anyways.
If you find this pin connected, easiest would be to just cut it close to pcb surface and slightly bend out to make sure it does not contact anywhere.
