Post card finally arrived so plugged it in and that's what it shows.....
It's in PCI slot, no codes, all leds on apart from 3.3 Volts, irdy, frame, reset. No beeps
In ISA as you can see.
Dead ???? or there is still something I can do or try ?

When using the ISA slot you have it plugged in backward

So that rear thing means rear of the computer and not the rear of the isa slot which is the opposite side .....

Save vintage / retro computers from ending up in the bin. Keep them in working condition. It's a great history !

Put the card backwards in isa slot and that's the result...

its not, its a buffer for serial ports, if it gets hot it might be blown, wouldnt be the first time

what I can see is a POST card with a "REAR ->" printed on it plugger wrong way
now its too late, you probably fried either post card or chipset
