[So wait it was all the HD7570s fault? I am having this exact same problem as you but did the PSU play any role in it not working?? Did the NVIDIA 530 compliment it with the low supply?

Yes, apparently the HD7570 I bought was faulty. The GT 530 works fine with the stock PSU, but to be extra safe, you could get a GT 730, as it draws less power than the GT 530 with slightly improved gaming performance I believe.
