Some of the IBM/Toshiba port replicators have a game port. Does it require to install any software in order to use the game port in DOS?

According to this wiki: https://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/ThinkPad_365X_Port_Replicator
, the signals just pass-through from the ports to laptop, so DOS games should be able to access the game port directly?

I assume it is indeed a simple pass-through, so functionality in DOS will depend on the sound device on the laptop itself. You would need whatever driver is needed (if any) to get the sound card working, but you should not require a special driver to use the port on the port replicator.
