I bought this adapter off of eBay for my collection. Does anyone have any documentation for it, specifically on how to configure the switches in the center?

I'm also looking for ideas on how to use this. I don't have any plans for it, but I thought it might be useful as a way to obtain Coppermine cache and SSE on an older Mendocino motherboard that might have a nicer layout.
