So i made a reddit thread where i got suggestions and help, but even after many google searches i can't find the answers i need. Hence why i'm making a thread here.

As seen on the pictures, i'm using an ACER M3125 video card, on an Everex Microsystems motherboard which hosts a 8088 cpu.
I get this memory error, i tried moving around and removing ram chips but the error remains the same.
Someone on reddit said it could be a conflict between the video card bios and the computers bios. If someone knows about Everex motherboard switches settings and could provide the ones to allow me to use this video card it would be of tremendous help, since for now it's the only vga isa card i have on hand. And i want to use this pc as soon as possible.

I removed the original xt psu for a working atx one from a pentium 4 paired with a basic atx-at adapter and it works well; so the error doesn't seem to be due to power delivery.
Moving around the ram chips also did not change anything so either they are all bad or are not the issue here i think.
