I find original HP BIOS to be quite limiting in features and want to reflash it to normal ASUS BIOS. HP has Phoenix and ASUS has Award (if RetroWeb page is correct).
Can I just force BIOS flash via Award utility? Has anyone here attempted to reflash HP motherboards to ASUS?

I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.

It's quite impossible.
You should take away BIOS chip and reflash it using programmer.
