im having difficulty finding a replacement part does anyone know of a source other than the at to atx harness and pulling from an old motherboard?
Im referring to male 8 pin 12 pin motherboard

8 Pin?

Do you mean P8/P9 which are 6-pin each for a total of 12?

If you do mean those then the part number is Molex 15-48-0106 but these have been obsolete for aaaages.

Molex 26-60-4060 should be a good replacement.

They will work fine if you can find them, as they are also obsolete. So long as the pin pitch matches (which it does on all the parts listed so far) you should be ok.
