BIOS based on EVEN and ODD CPU.
ODD UVROM (U6) was readed Ok and attached.
EVEN (U8) is brocken. Can't be readed due VCC PIN Error (pic attached).
Looking for dump of the second chip (E8).
I found on ebay the same MoBo and attached Boot Bios string if this can help.
286-Bioses are pretty generic. Headland-Chipset was widely used, you can normally switch them around quite reliably between boards using the same chipset!
I found one (only few bytes are different) and got post codes 01 and 02. No more.
With other pairs - MoBo boot but with errors.

I'm facing the same issue. No BIOS I tried worked so far.
Can you try disabling error and dump the image anyway? Maybe scrape it a little to see if it was just some oxidation?
