Hi there. I came across this XP theme in the GeForce 4 style. It looks so cool, but I just can't seem to find it anywhere. Is this the official theme or something? Any recommendations of websites with similar stuff for XP?

There used to be a "Retro Wallpaper Thread" on Vogons but it was taken down for some reason. Lots of high quality multiple resolution rare and rareish wallpapers in that thread. I distinctly remember wallpapers made out of marketing material for the Geforce 4, Geforce 3 and FX series on that thread.

Yep, someone made a thread about it and there is an archived version of "retro wallpapers" thread here: what happened to the vintage hardware wallpaper thread?
That FX archive looks good! What a shame about that thread though. I'm going through some of the archived pages now, will see if I can pull something together that's a bit more user friendly.
