Mini/Micro 4 - Floppy controller. PII-158B. Improved documentation.

The TH99 instructions for the MiniMicro4 FD controller don't seem to be correct (https://th99.bl4ckb0x.de/i/C-D/50273.htm) . The JP5 jumper mapping to select the drives density is a bit messed up so I made the document again for my own records (PDF file attached)
Any mention in the document to Drives A, B, C D, is to flag how the drives are detected in my system. Not sure if that is the same for everyone.
Hope it is of some help to any one also struggling to follow the TH99 instructions for this controller. if anyone notices any issues let me know.
