Hi all,

I'm looking to restore a 386 Motherboard that has suffered from leaky Varta battery. The damage is not very wide spread so there is a chance. Need to fix a few traces but should be doable. Also Tantalum capacitors need to be replaced, one of them went pop on me so I'll just replace them all with new electrolytic ones. Anyway, in the area affected by the leaky battery, just between the Power Connector and the Keyboard Connector, there were two Ceramic Capacitors that were gone. Snapped in half basically. I wanted to replace them with equivalents but I've never seen this value or value code before... "51K". Anyone knows please? Thanks in advance.

51nF would be my guess.

Right to repair is fundamental. You own it, you're allowed to fix it.

No its actually 5 and then one zero wich means 50pf and the k is the voltage rating...

This is the correct answer.
