Likely is incompatible with older versions of VS and I don't see anything about Mingw-64 but could be a start.

Spent this morning trying to figure out why 9x and NT4 couldn't talk to my TrueNAS which they haven't been able to for a couple of months. Looks like an update unchecked NetBIOS. Re-enabled that and all is well again. Before that had to rely on WinSCP which worked well enough but not as convenient.
